The best deal I have found in Orange County is The Beach House in Dana Point. You can have up to 80 guests. You do the ceremony on the patio with a view of the channel where the boats are going in and out and looking up the channel, you can see the ocean. You take all of your pictures out on the grass in front of the channel looking out to the ocean. You do the ceremony on the patio and then have your reception inside looking out at the yachts.
